Came here for breakfast- ordered the simple breakfast, and a latte. The season potatoes and sourdough bread with fresh jelly were amazing. The bacon was really crispy and had a touch of sweetness and pepper. The latte was also great. Prep and Pastry took a regular diner-like breakfast and stepped it up. Cute, relaxing atmosphere and nice people as well!

Madison was my server. She was very nice and attentive. Service was quick. Food was good. I had two drinks. They are fairly small but very reasonably priced. I had the serial celebration & a caramel cold brew. I ordered the cure French toast with a side of bacon. It was good and a great start to my morning. I will be back.

We actually started our day going for breakfast at another establishment, after we sent our food back and it was "redone" and returned to us Luke warm, we left and went to Prep & Pastry. OMG we are soooo glad we did, the service was fantastic and the food was even better. The place was packed and buzzing with energy, all the dishes that went out to tables around us looked wonderful. Thank you for saving our morning, we will be back!!!

Amazing food with an incredible atmosphere! Such a beautiful interior and the staff is amazing. Highly recommend!

Stopped by this swanky spot for brunch with a friend while buzzing through town. The atmosphere and service was excellent. Their outdoor seating had plentiful shade and misters which dropped the 107 temp down dramatically. We were seated immediately at 10am on a Saturday. My friend ordered the braised duck confit, and he said it was stellar. I ordered the Monte Cristo, and it was fantastic. I didn't get a ton of jalapeno flavor from the mascarpone, but overall it was an awesome combination of flavors and the strawberry jam was awesome on the sandwich. The presentation with the two over hard eggs I ordered was great. I also got their apple fritter and lemon swirl to go, and they were great.

Went here for brunch with the family before hiking. Ordered eggs Benedict & my little sister got breakfast from the kids menu. Lot of food for kids menu! Would go back

Prep & Pastry was good! It was quiet when we went, and service was fast. I got the avocado toast and the banana fosters latte. My friend got the simple breakfast, subbing for French toast. They were very accommodating, I have a Hartt problem and needed half decaffeinated coffee and they were happy to oblige! The coffee was delicious, but a bit overpriced. Avo toast was also great, but the bread arrived a bit soggy. My friends French toast was so good, but her breakfast potatoes were ice cold.

Glad I stopped here for lunch! Was hoping to find a spot with some good gluten free options, and they did not disappoint! The menu was clearly labeled with the gf options. Very well-balanced meal with lots of veggies. The cinnamon date cortado was amazing. I recommend everything I got!
